Each day individuals and families are forced to flee their homeland due to violence. Hundreds, this year alone, have arrived in Bridgeport with dreams of a better, safer life. Most have left everything and everyone they know behind. All have arrived with little to no possessions. The journey takes incredible courage and perseverance. Colombian citizens - The Burroughs Center is the Bridgeport Polling location for Columbian Presidential Elections 2022. The last day to vote is Sunday, June 19th. Burroughs is proud to provide a local location for Columbian citizens to exercise the right to vote and build your countries democracy.
