We hope you enjoy it and also take pride in the fact that you have supported one of our refugee artists by making this purchase. Although every OWC item goes through our quality control process you may notice things such as tilted fabric, changes in stitch type or differences in exact size as indicated on our website. These unique qualities are considered part of the artistry of each item as each is individually sewn by a different artist. These slight differences will not compromise the item’s performance. Of course we also stand by our products and should there by a defect that makes the item unusable you can return the item for a full refund or request a repair. Please note returns and repairs may take up two weeks to process. Returns for defective items only with include the original shipping price. Since our artists are paid for the one-of-a-kind individual item that has sold we are unable accept returns for items for exchange.
